Our advisors have backgrounds in commercial real estate, business operations, and owner-operator advisory. This is a different foundation than most brokerage teams that shows in how we approach every engagement.

Danny Coello

Danny Coello

Business Brokerage Consultant

Danny has spent his career inside businesses, not just advising them. He has owned and operated companies across multiple industries, which gives him a different starting point than most brokers when a client walks in the door.

He founded DS&P Marketing Agency 17 years ago, with offices in Chicago, New York, and Dallas. The firm works with business owners on strategy, positioning, and growth, and in practice operates as much like a business advisory firm as a marketing agency. Both inform how he works with clients.

​

He's based in Orlando and works nationally. He's fluent in Spanish and regularly works with Spanish-speaking owners in markets where finding qualified representation in their language is hard to find.

Trent Scott, CCIM

Trent has spent his entire career at First Capital Property Group, which he co-owns. The commercial real estate expertise he brings to every business transaction is built in, not borrowed.

​

He's closed more than $243 million in transactions across acquisition, disposition, leasing, finance, and consulting. He holds the CCIM designation and sits on the CORFAC International Executive Committee, serving as Vice President in 2026. His background is in finance and management, and his focus has consistently been on finding the structure that creates the most value for the client.

​

Trent also knows what it means to run a business. His wife owns her own company, and the realities of ownership aren't abstract to him. That shows up in how he works with clients navigating one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

​

For business owners whose transaction involves real estate, he understands what a property is worth and how to structure it in a way that serves the seller's goals.

Wm. Brady McGill, CPM

Executive Vice President / Partner

Brady co-owns First Capital Property Group and has spent 19 years in commercial real estate across almost every part of the business. He started in site acquisition and multifamily development, moved into commercial sales and leasing, then spent years managing large property portfolios before helping build FCPG into what it is today.

His day-to-day covers property management oversight, operations, new business development, and investment planning. He holds the CPM designation and is on the CCIM track. His clients have included banks, municipalities, private investors, and nonprofits.

​

19 years of managing properties and planning investments gives Brady a read on what a property means to an owner over time, and that context shapes how he approaches every deal.

Gonzalo Vivanco

Gonzalo has closed over 150 restaurant and food service business sales. When a pizzeria owner or café operator walks in, he's seen that deal before. He knows how these businesses are valued and what buyers in that category are actually paying.

​

He also works closely with international coffee and café concepts entering the Central Florida market, helping brands navigate site selection, lease negotiation, and the realities of expanding into a new market from abroad. Several of the brands he's represented are operating locations across the region today.

​

Gonzalo has lived in 9 countries across 3 continents and speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and French. A significant portion of his work involves connecting international owners and investors to Central Florida, and working in a client's language directly means deals move faster and with fewer misunderstandings.
