Our Story
This practice was built on something simple. Business owners deserve representation from people who have run businesses and closed complex deals.
Our advisors have spent years operating companies and advising owners through the decisions that matter most. We came together inside First Capital Property Group / CORFAC International, a commercial real estate firm that has worked with owners and investors across Florida since 1995. That gave us something most business brokers do not have: an established platform and network, with the ability to handle the real estate when it is part of the deal.
We represent owners selling the businesses they built, buyers looking for the right opportunity, and acquirers building something larger. They built something real, and they deserve representation that understands all of it.
Markets We Serve
We work nationally. Our roots are in Central Florida, with relationships and reach extending specifically to Chicago, New York, and Dallas through our team and affiliated networks.
Our clients come from across industries. Some are selling a business they built. Others are buying or growing one. When real estate is part of the transaction, we handle that too.
We are particularly active in trades and services, where M&A activity is high and owner-operators are often underrepresented in the sale process. And we bring multi-lingual advisors who are literally able to speak your language.

We operate as a service line of First Capital Property Group / CORFAC International, a full-service commercial real estate firm that has been serving Florida since 1995.
