Your business is presented to qualified parties under NDA, not just posted to marketplaces.
Closing the Deal
We manage the transaction from letter of intent through due diligence to close. We coordinate with your legal and financial advisors, manage the buyer relationship, and keep the deal moving between agreement and the closing table.
